the problem in aged care however is somewhat complex. The current policies encourage aging in place which means that often those going into residential aged care are those whose cognitive capacity has substantially diminished. I could go on about the consequences of that and the resulting mismatch between the ACFI models and the actual cost of care and the mismatch between the AQF and the actual skill needs of carers. these however are the reason why dementia is a major challenge in aged care - and not merely a dilemma

There are also many studies that identify factors that contribute to healthy aging as well as substantial research on prevention as well as reversal. What do you know about nicotinate? I am also far more familiar with the aged care sector than you may realise but have no need to go into the details

thank you for the opportunity to engage in some thinking. It is I believe that is one of the ways of staving off dementia.
