Given comments on this latest ANN have been limited, I wanted to offer my own view - and it admittedly took me time to fathom it.

Chun Ming Ding was perhaps foregoing a very large parcel of shares (265M or 5.05% of the Total) to sell to other (as yet unnamed) Sophisticated investors. Raising funds using shares he controlled via options? It’s likely a fairly standard method with which to cash out options.

I believe I was on the right track a month back, whilst attempting to understand the mechanism...so nothing alarming about this latest ANN. It appears to be another logical ‘step in the right direction’ for someone with confidence, IMHO. Thoughts?

Perhaps a seasoned forum veteran would like to educate me on this, by either confirming the approach or refuting the logic.

That’s all I got on this for now.
