I think that is a misrepresentation of the truth.

This has been with the ISX legal team months before that. check the Federal Court state of claim document. Despite many requests by the company to have the shares trading again and for the pathway to get back trading, ASX weren't able to say or produce the draft findings.

What kept the draft report unreleased is the speed at which the ASX conducted their questions and responses. This i think partly because they don't have a good understanding of the ISX business.
