This has definitely got an RCR feel to it. I'm not sure about takeover target as they've still got Homeground on their books at way more than it's worth. The management and systems are probably not worth having, given they seem to have allowed problem jobs through and generally don't seem to be able to keep up. Maybe the accreditations are worth a little bit to an overseas contractor looking to get into the market, but any reputable player would be wary of the stigma attached to this business now. So they need a lower tier contractor, probably out of the Middle East, willing to tip some oil money into getting into the Australian construction market.
