there will be corporates that will need water to maintain their operations ... they are also the ones with deep pockets, so containerised solutions for them would be viable.
When a nation the size of Australia is in severe drought .. the only solution comes from above.. and is provided free of charge. However the human race is still in denial and chooses profits and power over preserving our environment.
The recent election in Australia is a perfect example ... the Australian public chose higher house prices, more mines, and franking credits over reform that would have included pro-climate change policies.
