Had to cancel 540,000 performance right shares.
Received 1,260,000 performance right shares.
Would love to know on what basis he received so many performance shares - given how DXN has performed over the past year or two?
Does anybody know, and what's everyone's thought about these performance shares being issued to Douglas?
