They’ve clearly tightened up their assessment on this then!! Rightfully so as a lot of over hyped small cap tech stocks have exploded in recent years off PS announcements which in hindset were anything but...
With CAT, financial numbers are not disclosed so perhaps the ASX simply don’t classify it as PS unless they have the exact financial implications of the deal.
Either way, I much prefer the low key, build momentum and let the HY & FY results do the talking mantra. At the end of the day that’s all that matters.
