my view is this and probely many others as well. If portman were not alowed to vote their proxies, then nither should have gwr aloud to use theirs at the meeting either.
The meeting had no voice either. Too afraid to as the evedence seemed to show at the end of the meet some what.
Dont see this as good bissiness. Public view is seing gwr as not pleasing and dont see the athorities taking any action either. my thoughts anyway
