Or they too had to wait the months from last July (when partnership was announced) to get said approval. making the sell in September for the first to Parchem doesn't necessarily mean that the CNT were imported before the NICNAS approval was achieved. Hence availability issue.
FGR has a different type of approval as it seems they are the first to use Graphene (?) where as Carbon Nanotubes are already established in the Australia Chemical database. (ACIS) hence the CAS number mentioned in previous posts.
