I think it is nonsense to assume that something is not right with phase2 because you havn't heard anything by a date of your making. Granted, according to the previous statements we have a schedule that will outwork itself through September and through to the end of the year but to make such a definitve statement as you have dosn't follow.
One thing for me in terms of price action is the utter compression aorund 8 cents. I do feel that there will be a substantial price move soon. Hope it is north but we will see.
