There is no clear consensus as to where November's retail sales figure will land its released this morning, with economists forecasting a wide array of outcomes.
The "consensus" median is for a growth of 0.4 per cent although just five of the 26 economists surveyed by Bloomberg are forecasting a 0.4 per cent print.
Retail sales in October were flat however economists were hopeful of a strong rebound in November with Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales likely to boost consumer activity.
Afterpay also reported last month it achieved $1 billion of monthly underlying sales in November, representing the highest monthly performance since its inception.
