Putting low sell order and high buy orders pre and post-market is fairly common and isn't really the telling factor for me at least. The big flags for me watching over the last few months is when the price is looking like its about to go on a run it is instantly sold down and continually pushed down. During the last 2 positive announcements, the SP was clearly held and pushed down (on open the price went as high as 20c and was pushed down immediately to 18.5/19).
