So the SPP closes on Tuesday. According to FAR, that third bank was seeking approva,l this week. So is FAR going to let it's shareholders know of they got it or if the financing deal has fallen over, so they can make an informed decision or are shareholders expected to just stump up the cash in blind faith?
This last minute job after the 31 Dec deadline is not very professional at all.
