    Am I missing something here?

    Two takover offers for Indophil at $1.28, the winning one with a sweetner and Lion runs off and sells 70M shares to the loser at $1.17!!!

    I know they have pressure on the sp, but I can't quite see how giving up $7.7M generates a better outcome for Lion shareholders?!?!?!
