You probably weren't a shareholder when a top 5 sold 100M plus shares some 6 months ago.
Moreover, many shareholders of FAR have waited for 20 years for a return: go ask Bullant and Garrycleaner on this forum how long they have waited. They used to be pretty active, but now just silent on the background.
A lot of investors are stuck here, having lost more than 50% of their wealth on paper, making it too unpalatable to sell. They are all hoping the underlying asset, the oil, will eventually make them a return, despite Mgt failings.
In any case, its up to you.
