IS no news good news, Down again yesterday. If they are going to turn this one around I would hope they could release something. The last report stated they were bidding for over a billion in tenders in the next 9 months, if they were getting any of these you would expect something. Even if they have missed out on any, at least a press release would let investors make an informed decision.
