The Dow has not affected this stock much in the past, ok at the start of the year it did a and knocked it back nearly 50% but it took about three days of the markets getting smashed every day for this stock to move south. If they bring out good results regardless of the Dow getting smashed its a buy even if the price holds low for a few days when the market comes back FMS will be one of the first to head north.
