    Your thoughts "consider buying" but 20-25 years to eliminating debt and "no dividends" are counterintuitive. You should stay clear of AJM and try Government Bonds at get a sure 3% return. Bonds are much better match with your obvious mindset....plus no need to waste your time here a benefit for both of us...win win.
