    Im a bit surprised that the announcement wasnt deemed to be market sensitive.

    When is the next AGM? Cant we fast track things by all holders just e-mailing the company to tell them we approve of the transaction so they can get on with it!!

    AB's 20c by the 2008 AGM is looking very grim but hopefully things start moving soon after that!

    Good to finally have some news. Hopefully we dont have to wait too long for news on the next developments!
