    At the end of the day...if Portman want GWR, Portman will take GWR. They have the spare change required to make a full take over offer, and apart from vote their stock against the offer....FAS can do little else. (subject to FIB approval).

    In the mean time...our shareprice is going to continue to fall in my opinion.
