Telezygology, Inc. (“TZI”), the wholly owned US operating subsidiary of TZ Limited, has been notified
in writing by a large AAA rated US Bank that it has been successful in the tender for a global roll-out of
Smart Lockers potentially across 54 locations – 32 in Asia and Europe and the remaining 22 Americas
based.
Meetings between TZI and the AAA rated US Bank will occur in January 2020 to finalize the Supply
Contract and begin the process of deployment of Locker Banks to each location.
The tender award contains both initial equipment sales and long-term support components for
management of the entire fleet of Lockers deployed globally.
The pipeline of opportunities in the US has doubled over the last calendar year with over 600
opportunities currently in the US pipeline with an average sale value of US$50,000 each. Current
conversion rates are currently in the high 20% range.
The Company continues to attract the interest of large global brands seeking complex integrated
Smart Locker solutions with the desire for single source supply over multiple international sites.
Business is continuing to track in line with forecast expectations and TZ Limited remains confident in
achieving the financial objectives for FY2020 previously communicated by the Company.
