IMO, this is likely lies, Carnival: -the biomass poundage deficiency should have been known in Sept -the frost damage should have been known when it happened (9th to 12th Oct.)* -DL will likely have known of the CBD deficiency before 28th Oct.
* The only way that this frost could have halved the biomass poundage is that if CLI purposely left half the crop in the paddock post the frost because it was useless & not worth harvesting. CLI has not said that!
