I agree efficiency beats bug bucks it just that, in my opinion, big bucks are being thrown around because of a lack of efficiency outside of Sydney and Melbourne.
Eg. extra Sydney Airport, West Connex, NBN? Was that the solution?
Was Canberra Airport the better solution to a second Airport with a Maglev connection??
The extra density in cities appears to be creating more chaos than its worth at the moment in my opinion
