I have some doubt based on these numbers, they seem a bit underwhelming.
Zip have stated a FY2020 target of 2.5 mil customers. At the end of Q1 they had 1.4 mil, and now they have 1.75 mil. So they added 340.000 customers in this quarter, against an average target of 360.000 customers/quarter. Considering that this quarter does the heavy lifting for retailers, and they put quite a bit of money towards marketing for the christmas season, the number seems low - it's certainly lower than my own expectations.
Same for the transaction volume, yes, it's gone up, but it's not a high as I would have liked.
