Interesting to see that gross shorts have again dropped also on Friday only a few thousand were shorted. If I am interpreting this information correctly they will be increased their trading parameters . As some have pointed out before shorters need to sell well above what they consider is the support level to make money and they also need to buy just above or they run the risk of losing control. At this stage shorters are the market and they love volume, the next step for them is to raise their buying bids to increase volume or they run the risk of going backwards by doing nothing. They unlike us have costs that accumulate . By Wednesday I would be very surprised if we are not trading above 2.35.
