You spoke to Peter yesterday, I'm going to listen to you before others. If you say financing is in the final stages I dare say that's the message Peter was communicating to you.

Perhaps Jinan will try for a slight increase in holdings via a financing package that sees a small portion raised in equity..This would support the sp anchor..But more than likely it's just dotting the 'i' crossing the 't' stuff post December completion of the Jinan aquisition saga.
