Why don't you spend a little more effort at substantiating specifically WHY you think ARU might be a threat?
We've all seen a decade of PDF's but where exactly is the business?
Who and where are the metal & magnet makers they need to sell to?
Where is the $1Bn CapEx coming from?
Forget the emotive stuff, they are the real Q's here nobody seems capable of addressing seriously.
As to CapEx, give you the same opportunity since Wilbur Ross seems a bit of a talisman here, what do you think is the maximum level of funding on offer by USG towards both LRE & HRE process on US soil?
Given it's exclusively US domestic it wouldn't contribute towards the $1Bn CapEx but I'll give you a hint ~5%, RE is a very tough business.
