Don’t think Shanshan can buy anymore lest they exceed 20% and have to launch a full takeover bid...

I think a lot of people will be disappointed once the announcement gets out, in terms of SP movement. I hardly think this will go to 9-10c a share solely on refinance. A positive movement in the price of spod would IMHO have a much greater effect.

IMHO I do agree that the share overhang will have something to do with refinance. Maybe debt for equity. Bracing for some dilution..... I don’t expect much of a cut on interest rate either.

But better to live and fight another day....
