For most of 2019 management told us that the company would be EBITDA positive by the December Qtr provided the Ivory Project closed.
The Ivory Coast project closed on 8 January 2020. It would appear that the company has spent a considerable amount of money in 4Q19 on the project. I suspect that the FY19 results depend on whether management can convince it's auditors to include an Ivory Coast revenue accrual.
