Serta’s new iComfort Hybrid line touts a cool-sleeping story

ATLANTA — Building momentum with its launch of iComfort foam mattresses, bedding sales leader Serta says it is positioned for a successful launch of its new iComfort Hybrid line this month.

Snowflakes will continue to be featured in iComfort’s designs, signaling that the beds deliver cool-sleeping comfort, according to the company

.The new line, which retails from $1,199 to $2,199 for a queen mattress, features “highly supportive and breathable mattresses designed to keep you cool,” said Onney Crawley, Serta’s vice president of brand marketing.
She said the beds, which offer multiple layers of cooling technology, are designed to keep sleepers cool and comfortable throughout the night.

The line will use snowflake icons to provide a visual step-up story throughout the line. One snowflake icon indicates one layer of cooling technology, while two snowflakes indicates two layers of cooling technology, and three snowflakes indicates three-plus layers of cooling New iComfort Hybrid line positioned for success in 2020 technology.

Dave Swift, SSB’s CEO, said the iComort launch “has gone exceptionally well.”

Crawley said the launch is “seeing strong early performance.” Distribution is pacing ahead of schedule and is beating floor sample order targets, and Top 25 dealer placements are already indexing ahead of the company’s 2020 goal.
