Let's be conservative and assume that - as Grebmoolb suggests - the current market cap already prices in some of the interests and legal fees to be paid. Further to that the uncertainty of if, when and to what extent the awarded damages can be collected from the Indonesian counterparty will weigh on share price until they've actually been fully paid, although I don't see too much risks here as Bayan is shipping coal worth more than $100 million around the world every month which at least in some destinations can be seized if necessary.
