    Dear Crarg for your information I have welcome NYE 2018 in Berlin, NYE 2019 in Moscow both city's were crowded but train/metro stations remained open and functional. No public were turned away from train/metro stations.At the time I was there Moscow metro was running trains at 90 seconds interval Berlin at 120 second interval.
