I think (I'm biased as a holder so, yanno) that the market may be reacting to the performance of MM farmers (both in Aust and OS).
Oversupply of raw product has caught a lot by surprise - most of all those that have farmed. But not AC8.
Doing nothing with the licences by AC8 looks like the best outcome to date. Less spent on investment and no current oversupply/stock problem. Pharma not farmer - genius.
The pollies are meeting to talk about moving faster on MM next month (not holding my breathe there but it's a good sign). If it gets fast tracked to catch up with the rest of the world, one of the next hurdles is PBS. If that happens for AC8 then, well......one can dream!
All IMO.
