Towns such as Hervey Bay and Agnes Water in QLD and Lennox Head in NSW are all expected to experience a massive influx of new residents in the near future.
Supply of land is already limited in these coastal towns, so the high demand for property, combined with the limited supply of land, will ensure prices contiune to grow exceptionally strongly.
