What do u mean "wonder how closely they checked" ?!?! They KNEW/HAD the name!!! They WERE/ARE shareholders of the Mercury Pharma (UK) and KNOWING THAT (and likely, FOR THAT REASON), they called the brand Mercury Pharma whatever appendix.
There is method in the maddness here (not in ordinary sharejolders favour) and it is not just for example immaturity which i myself was blaming isdues for.
