NAIF will help fund a portion I agree. But we will need a primary lender for them to come in doing the other $600m odd approx. NAIF funds infrastructure side of projects, someone will need to fund the plant. If the defence fund whatever it's called does that piece then fantastic. But it still leaves a question I keep asking myself before hitting the buy button...where and how does ARU get the $200-300m of equity so it can draw down on the loans it may get from the above. Sure we can get debt agreement but we won't be able to draw down on any of it until we have the required equity. I understand NAIF requires 20-30% equity on top of their loan to access funds...
