i am no accountant by any stretch but i would have thought the accrual basis would be used for reporting revenue.
but this doesnt matter much to me...
what i am asking is whether the cash nuheara recieves from preorders for IQbuds2 Max can be expended on the purchase of components, assembly, shipment etc of these same preordered buds?
I.e. the cash is recieved before it is spent thus alleviating funding requirements for the first shipment of IQBuds2 Max?
Can this occur regardless of how they deal with the reporting of cashflow in quarteries?
what i am getting at is this 'cash issue' you have raised... how big a deal is it if payment is recieved some months before shipment?
Personally i wouldnt be surprised if another CR is required, but i wouldnt count on it being a certainity.
