ANIP is not providing funds for CVI projects.
They are a Govt. organisation mandated to promote, develop and co-ordinate private investment in Angola. I understand that every private company has to register projects through them, including CVI.

You will notice that the CVI ASX release dated 26 March 2008 made mention of Fortitude working with ANIP.

Objectives and Milestones

Complete corporate restructuring of FML’s interests in the mineral concessions, including registration with ANIP

Fortitude Minerals operations are also being registered under the Angolan ANIP process to ensure that all expenditure on the mineral areas is fully credited against its licence commitments.

They don’t seem too flash. Here is one of their brochures on Mining in Angola.Maybe they even introduced CVI to Enditrade as standard process, lol.

As for the next announcement, well wasn't it supposed to be two weeks ago or last week..... no, that's right that was the big institutions buying up : and a good job they did too.
