I'm optimistic that there is something in the background and cash will arrive for via another mean (not a CR).

I am thinking (hoping) they would be exploring other funding avenues too. Placement capacity limited for next 6 months as last $4m raised July 2019, so would not want to use this up raising at such a low market cap.
