In an attempt to control the charts, the manipulators just moved their 18 cent sell order into the buy line, bought a few into 18.5 cents, moved their 18 cent buy back to a 18 cent sell and dropped a small sell into 17.5 cents!
Just to control exactly what they want the charts to show, using very low volumes that are expected when at the pointy end of the wedge.
ie. they seem to want the charts to show it as a failed attempt to break the top line of the wedge, lol.
So blatantly obvious.
