I'd agree with the big name auditors but even then its more like a top layer of skin cells. And GT are pretty low on the totem pole already Look at all the chinese frauds GT/formerly BDO signed off on.
Shareholders have skin in the game. Advisory services of any kind I would say have very little. Very very few cases of auditors sued for commercial loss
