Any decent assays or decent sections with visible gold in the next few drill holes should set a cat among the pigeons.

Also worth remembering that the CEO and his brother owned more than ~40% of the company (prior to this deal) so you are ending up with the majority of the shares in very sticky hands. If people want in they are going to need to buy on market and dive the price up.
