This was in the last quarterly report....
"Trading in PIL shares suspended due to a "disclaimed audit opinion" on raising additional capital"
Now PIL are raising $1.5M through Caason Group. Im hoping this report along with the new funding will be enough for the auditors to sign off without any disclaimer attached. Thats all ASX are waiting on, a report submitted without a funding disclaimer attached.
We only have 2 more weeks at the latest for the report to be released, hopefully a lot of questions will be answered then.
