So it's a sell at 1.18 but you are buying at under a dollar?
What % returns are you hoping to achieve when you buy under a dollar considering you don't seem to think it is worth 1.18?
Fair value in your mind must be somewhere in the $1 to 1.15 range?
what then? sell your stock purchased at under a dollar for a 10% return?
you seem to have determined RSG is both badly run and overvalued.
Surely it might be better for you to concentrate on another stock that you have determined is both well run and undervalued?
Is there no company you think meets that criteria?
