Ann: Financing Update, page-94

Not sure if all posters are keeping up with current events mainly to do with FID, it has happened the only question is why hasn't FAR Ann it. According to all reports all three parties used the special pen to sign off on FID document last night, WPL hasn't ann anything today because the ann on the 10/01/2020 was their FID ann, last night was just a ceremony. CNE didn't ann WPL's ann on the 10/01/2020 to the LSE so they ann the signing of ceremonial FID document today. Yes FID is done all parties are committed to the project, yes I understand that FAR's FID statement was subject to getting the finance but after last night FAR have gone unconditional on FID. If this is not the case CNE's Ann to the LSE is materially wrong which I do not believe is possible.

Committed to the project and finance in the air? yes that's where we sit just before the meeting and if you are unsure about any of the above please ask at the meeting and if I'm right please ask why they didn't inform the market.

That only leave Finance and Arbitration to be sorted out... fingers cross 20/1/20 will be a happy day
