The Sophisticated Investor & Instiutional raising is subject to the Senior Debt facility being agreed.
The SPP had no such condition.
The wealthy investors in the large conditional raise get to walk away with their money if the Senior debt facility is not secured and this all turns sour. The retail SPP don't get that condition, once SPP is paid ain't no getting that back...
