Yes Raks, the timing is about right now. MS said a month ago that he would be sorting out the Pensador contracts and should be ready about now. I think this is most likely imminent. Once this is secured and available for expenditure, we should see some of these projects signed off as well.
Since most of the ground work has already been done, this will probably happen fairly quickly as well.
With news likely to be close and Global almost out, I think we will remember September!
