    My tip for newcomers - Spark has been signed and NOR are delivering Voicemail for them.

    Been over 12 months and apart from payment information, no further details have followed. Watch carefully for updates.

    I still think other players are watching how NOR execute on this deal before deciding to proceed. IMO only.
