The customer review link is just a small sample of 8. I am in the legal industry and from my vast experience in claims and from other lawyers' dealing with insurance claims/litgation, QBE is one of the better insurers to deal with i.e. if you know your policy wording, act in good faith and get proper advice prior to purchasing the insurance. In general, many consumers have no idea what they are not covered for but expect everything to be covered when they suffer any loss/damage.
