Sadly the story of disgusting greed among junior mining promoters is all too common. That dick is only there presumably as an orderly and dignified departure was part of deal, rather than being thrown out onto the street as he deserved.
Im sure no one there likes it, but as I said, sometimes you just have to lay back and think of England.
